if you are currently a wigo extra member, your membership will remain unchanged throughout April
you will automatically become a wigo extra lite member on the pay date
but if you want to switch before that, you can do it in advance in the app, and then you'll get the new discounts on the next pay date

No, they've just changed: instead of the previous minute-based package, you'll now only pay for the kilometres on journeys under 65 minutes. The hourly and daily packages have been reduced in price and the kilometres included in them have been removed, so you really only pay for what you drive.
Included driving credits are a refund of your wigo extra and your annual wigo extra membership fee, which will be automatically credited to your account each month. If you're a wigo extra or annual wigo extra member, we'll credit your account with 6 990 driving credits equal to the monthly fee every month. If you opt for the annual wigo extra, you'll get the full 12 months of credits, even though you're only paying 10 months' fees
The credits will be automatically credited to your account each month on your wigo extra billing date.
You can find this date in the wigo app in the My account and wigo extra menu under Membership.
Yes, they are automatically credited to your account and valid for one month.
