Your wigo extra subscription fee will be deducted from your default payment instrument each month at the beginning of the payment cycle. It will then automatically renew on the same day each month until you cancel it.

Unfortunately not. We can only deduct the wigo extra from your default payment instrument on the same day of each month.

As long as you have valid wigo credits, they will automatically be used to pay for your trips - including discounted trips!

Credits purchased in the app can be used for base fees, per-minute fees, package fees, extra kilometer charges, home delivery, and wigo care. They cannot be used for external zone fees.
